George Stubbs,was excellent example for me,George Stubbs used to take dead Horse into his Studio and studied its anatomy! I could understand why he did so,It has been very essential for me to learn the structures and the function of all the bones,muscles and what made the possible movements of this wonderfull Creature! Being an autodidact van Dansik learned the hard way! He made it possible by discovering his own technics and inventing his own style,in addition other great classical Artist such as Rodin and Mene were of import influence,Since had started in the early eightys.van Dansik has produced over thirty bronze Horse editions from desksize sculptures to life-size statues. |
